The Seidenader V 90-T provides great assist-ance for quick and reliable visual inspection of containers from 0,5 ml to 1000 ml for several defects.
This compact inspection machine is applied
for small production runs, for quality control sample checks and for use in hospital pharma-cies and laboratories.
The containers are placed onto rollers, which can be rotated by a gear drive motor. A vari-able high speed rotation of the rollers whirls
up particulate matter in liquids. A high concen-trated light beam through the bottom of the container causes particles to reflect light (Tyndall Effect) and therefore facilitates the inspection. While rotating slowly, cracks and cosmetic defects in the bottom-, neck- and shoulder area and in the crimping can be detected reliably, too.
