The Seidenader VI series are high performance inspection machines for a wide range of paren-teral products, liquid or lyophilized solutions or opaque suspensions. The
inspection of cosmetic defects / lyo inspection and
particle inspection are combined in one machine.
A modular design allows to build a customized machine from standardized modules. A new patented handling concept feeds the containers smoothly at the fastest possible rate, and separates the containers to inspect product
by product at an optimal pitch. Using this tech-nology makes the Seidenader VI extremely versatile and fast.

Particle detection through image subtraction
method. This technique requires less product
agitation for reliable particle detection than
most of the existing systems while maintain-
ing reliable detection performance. Ideal for
delicate biopharmaceuticals and viscous pro-
ducts: protein and products with long mole-
cule chains.
